How do you fill an A-833 Transmission?

Ok, filling a normal transmission with a dipstick is a cakewalk, but my manual  A-833 is always a problem.  You open the fill plug, and proceed to pour as much transmission fluid all over the floor as you get in the transmission.  I have used a bottle attached to a clear hose and squeezed the bottle until full a few times, and have also used this same tactic on the rear end, but if you squeeze too hard the top either comes off the bottle, or the hose comes off.  Is there a special tool like a big syringe or something similar that would make this job easier and less of a mess?

Thanks.................

They make a siphon that looks almost like a grease gun but it has a rubber hose on it that might work, just fill it up with gear oil first then empty into the gear box.  What I use and have had good luck with is a gear oil pump.  I got mine from Pep Boys and it just screws onto the top of the gear oil container ( I get half gal bottles).  After you get the pump set up, stick the nozzle into the filler hole and fill it till it comes out of the fill hole.

Walla, youre done.
