Where do I find internal steering box parts for my 70 Charger?

Hi Guys

I found that my Pivol Lever (inside the steering box) is broken in my 70 Charger. Problem is I cant figure out were to buy a new (or used) part. In the parts catalog this is called LEVER 19-57-63. Also see attached picture.

Anybody have one or know were I can buy this part?

These are 2 places I found parts for my steering column, I have a 72 but its worth a look.
