I am thinking about selling this '69 Road Runner post car to help fund finishing my 68 Charger. It was a factory 383 4 speed car. The original engine is gone. Will come with a disassembled mid 70's 440. The car is very solid with minimal rust. Floor pans are very nice. Still has the original 4 speed hump un cut in the floor. Most of the dash has been disassembled but comes with the car. Original wiring comes with the car. Still has the clutch pedals. It has the rear seat and bench seat. Rear end appears to all be original minus the 70's extended shackles for the leaf springs. The driver's front fender has a dent but is definitely workable. The door glass is out of the car but comes with the car. The wing windows are out of the car but come with it. Back glass is good. Windshield is gone. Has both front and rear bumpers. Has most all of the trim. Front and rear frame rails are very solid. Car is missing the fender tag but has the correct Roadrunner Vin. Vin matches all of the stampings on the car. It comes with a title. What would something like this be worth these days?

Thanks for the replies and opinions, they are appreciated. Honestly I was thinking somewhere around $3,500 but I have not sold many Mopars. I think I will start out at $5,000 and see what kind of offers I get. Hopefully another Charger will be closer to getting on the road with the sale of this Roadrunner. It will make someone a great project. It's probably more solid than my Charger was when I started on it.

How can you say 5k when you just listed one is worse shape on eBay for a buy it now of 8k

The owner of the car on ebay can ask whatever they want for it, doesn't mean it will sell. Doesn't look like it will. It's also hard to armchair appraise a car from one photograph. Looks like your car is missing all the glass and would assume the interior matches the interior. Solid is a plus, but how solid is solid? Ever cut frame rails out of a b-body that look solid on the outside and are paper thin and full of flakey rust inside? I have...

As I listed in my description of the car, all of the glass but the windshield is with the car.  The interior needs all redone just like the rest of the car. It's a big project. I have no idea what the inside of the frame rails look like but the outside looks great. Judging by the solid floor pans and the car having been in Oklahoma for at least the past 40 years I'm sure the frame rails are good. It's a big project but it needs to be restored. I won't get to it anytime soon. Thanks for the replies. Any other opinions are appreciated.

News flash, everyone does it. We have that delusional thread. Besides I wasn't going off one picture, the ebay ad has multiple. Plus I was going off descriptions. The ebay car needs way more metal and work than this one. And it's missing the engine and trans. But your correct he can ask whatever. Doesn't mean he'll get it.
