Shop plans 2018!!

i am in the process of designing my shop for 2018. I am settling for a 30x40 but wished i could go bigger. The concrete alone will cost me $3000 plus dollars. I need at least a 10 or 12 ft ceiling. Does anyone else have plans for a new shop in 2018?

My garage is 30x40 . It has 14 ft sidewalls for stacking.

In 1981 my shop was 30' X 40' with a 10' ceiling, when I built it it seemed huge but I slowly ran out of room so I added a 24' extension with 8' ceiling and then realized I couldn't get a lift under the 10' ceiling so I added a separate shed for the lift. I swear, if I had 100,000 sg. ft. I'd find something to fill it with.

I am with ya John! I have a 24 x 24 at my house, a single car garage and a single car lean too on the side of my 24x24 and I am still needing more room.
Luckly for me i have (possibly temporarily) come to my senses and sold a lotta extra "stuff/cars" I didn't need. I am down to 2 trucks and 2 chargers i plan to keep, my sons 67 mustang, and 4 parts cars lol
