The trust bearing  has gone on my 440. Before I pull the engine I wanted to check some things on the transmission. A518 with Ultrabell. Trans Go TFOD 2 shift kit. I suspect a converter ballooning  issue.

Line pressure in drive idling -75psi.

2000rpm in 3, OD or OD with lock up and small throttle opening (cruising) - 100psi

WOT - 130 psi

reverse - 0  ? car backs up fine. ( should be 250psi ? )

Are these in the acceptable range?

Looks pretty normal for a trans with a TransGo kit. There will be no pressure at the accumulator test port in Reverse, to check the line pressure in Reverse you need to tap the test port in the rear servo.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Thanks John.

I will test the reverse pressure as you mentioned.

Can you suggest any other tests before tear down?

I am thinking about a Hughes billet converter and going thru the transmission . Any recommendations on a rebuild kit with upgraded parts?
