TKO 600 and McLeod Hydraulic throw out bearing

I bought this set up years ago and am trying to install it in the car now without instructions.  Has anybody done this before have any advice or measurements?  I am struggling with figuring out how to install the throw out bearing. I have a threaded aluminum sleeve and a non-threaded sleeve that fit in the bearing, but what I can't figure out is what keeps the bearing housing fixed to the transmission.  Other ones I  have seen have mounting hole to keep it from rotating whereas this one looks like it is just the friction of a rubber gasket on the shaft that keeps it in place.
