So for the 69 charger sway bar bushings.  the brackets holding the bushings are welded.  I have new bushings.  Is there a trick to getting them in without cutting the weld?  Seems like a serious pain in the butt.  Looks as though the old bushings were drilled a little oversized to squeeze over the sway bar ends.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and cut them and weld them.  Easy and quick. Don't do like I did the first time and end up with your sway bar upside down.

Cut the weld, like the one pictured on the left.
Easy, peasy.
Save yourself lots of grief.
