Does a grommet go here?

This is the lead for my back up lights. I don't recall a grommet here to protect the wire. Is there one that supposed to be here?

Yes there is a grommet on the wire there. It's a cone shaped one if I remember correctly. I can take a picture tonight if needed.

Thanks for the reply. The grommet in the year one link is for the license plate wire. I have that one. The one I was asking about is for the back up lights.

In your picture it looks like either a 68 or 69 car you are working on

I recenly had the back bumper off my car and it had nothing in that hole other than the wire
