Dash Pad Cap Paint...

I have the red interior in my '69 Charger and the brand new dash pad I bought from BE/A started to peel back from the windshield edge. I was thinking about purchasing a cap for it as I really don't want to tear the dash apart anytime soon. Most of these come in black and will need to be painted. Anybody know a paint that is the right color or close to the right color? Thanks for any info or insights...

I've heard pretty good reviews on the interior paints from Herbs Parts.

Have a local paint shop match the color for you. They can do aerosol, pints, etc. Make sure you tell them it is for vinyl. I think there is only one red interior for 69? Just contact herbs and they should be able to help.

Don't forget to use an adhesion primer! the caps are plastic and paint will just peel off!
