Another Sway Bar Question...

I got the Addco 541 sway bar kit. It's pretty straightforward but the instructions are very minimal. When I took the old bar off, it was held on by 756 different types/sizes of bolts/nuts. The new kit contains 4 large bolts/nuts and 4 smaller bolts/nuts. Do you use the large bolts/nuts to bolt the brackets to the car and the small bolts/nuts to bolt the bar to the brackets? Or the other way around? Thanks again...

Small bolts/nuts hold the bracket to the K member. Large bolts/nuts hold the bar to the bracket.
