I'm replacing the old exhaust with a complete Accurate kit on my 68' 383 Charger. What is best way to remove the bolts on the head pipe? Would soaking them in PB Blaster and applying some heat be a good start? Thanks for any info

Dino

Sure, or just put an impact on there. Either they'll loosen or they snap. Win win either way.

If you pan on removing the manifolds for any reason then you can do this on a workbench. Makes life a bit easier.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

Every time I deal with an aged exhaust system, I fire up the "blue-tipped wrench" and cut off all the hardware cause I'm gonna replace all the nuts/bolts with stainless anyway.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
