1971 Charger Jack Help

Here is the jack and tire assembly that is my 71 Super Bee (LAST PICTURE). I know it shouldn't have a Rallye Wheel in there and I noticed it may have a 71 Coronet jack hook. The SPD for my car is B03 ( Nov. 70).

My question is can I get the proper jack hook and continue on or is the whole set-up incorrect?? (tube style etc...)

Don't know why my trunk picture is posting upside down?

Trying to get my trunk picture to load no matter what I do comes up as too large.

Fixed it for you.

The smaller one is correct and numbers match mine. It uses a "T" type jack bar not the tube type.
