Brake pedal stuck

Hi!

Still having broblems with my brake pedal that wont come back up after braking.
New booster, two diff master cylinders, new lines, new disc brakes in front and drums in rear.
If i remove the master cyl it comes back up. Can something be wrong with the propartion vale or the rear reducing valve causing this?
Thats the only thing i havent changes to new ones.

If i remove the master cyl it comes back up.

Sounds like the booster pushrod is hanging up in the MC rear piston cavity.
