The 2 guides that ride up and down on a spring, anyone know what their real name is and where I can get them?

Hood spring wedges, you can get them separate from most vendors for $25- $30 prj but I'd suggest you buy a body bumper kit to replace all the body bumpers, these are included in the kits, more economical that way
