My car is black on black, so I am thinking of going for a blacked out look, except for a deep red rallye strip across her tail.

So I think I am going to paint all the chrome, window trim and all a charcoal color or something along that line.

So, does anybody know of a website or software where I could use a picture or rendering of a car and basically change the color so I can get an idea of what it would look like?

As I do not want to create an ugly duckling.

That looks good..but imo if you are going for the "murdered out" look there should be no silver/chrome at all so that example should lose the silver on the wheels and grille. I had an all black matt finished Ford Capri back in my yoof about 30 years before it became the fashion it is now.......about the only time I've ever been ahead of the game mind you!
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you !!

( for more ideas, would use stock Rallye stripe on ghost version )

I was going to paint all the chrome pieces either the same as the body or a charcoal or maybe even a graphite color, going to darken the whole car. Was even thinking of tinting the tail lights and side markers.

Cool....as long as you don't go too dark on the tails and get that ricer look!. Dontcha just love coming up behind those guys at night. Not only do there lights burn about as bright as candles through all that tint...they usually tint the reflectors as well so they don't actually reflect any light either!!
