Need a new power steering pump for my charger.  At autoparts stores, it pulls up the Federal (round) and Saginaw (teardrop) pumps.  But I (think) I have another different Saginaw pump.  Round but with a wider neck than the federal.  Here is a pic of one like what I have, I have seen them labeled for sale as Saginaw pumps.  So what is this, and how do I get the correct part at a Napa or Autozone?  Or are the teardrop saginaws a replacement for these, with the same mount?

Parts stores are pulling up pics that look like this.  Newer style saginaw.

Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

So it is a earlier saginaw pump, but still having trouble finding one to buy.  Any type of model number or part numbers?  I'd prefer not to have to grind down the brackets.

I converted over to the newer style Saginaw from the old Federal one simply because they are easier to find and cheaper (usually)   bought the bracket from Mancini Racing and it was a done deal

Looks like that is what I may have to do.  Both types, the federal and later saginaw everyone has remanufactored, $50-60 with $15-35 core charges from what I've seen.
