Can you convert a normal roll down quarter window to an SE non roll down window?

Well the SE window is just a piece of smaller glass sitting in the frame. But with the right framework and a parts car, sure.

The harder job would be build the B Pillar post. The other way around uses to be harder due  the hunt for all the parts involved. SEs have several part to hunt too, but seems to be easier
