Hood moulding on a 73 Rallye

Is my '73 Rallye supposed to have the rear hood moulding like this:

I'm starting to discover that several trim pieces are missing from my car so just trying to figure out what belongs.

Thanks

Curt

If it is a true Rallye, you would have the 3 pieces in front and the one on each door. I attached a reference pic.
I have seen some rallye cars that had no trim at all, not sure if it was an option or 'delete' when ordering. Either way 5 pieces in all.

My doors have the trim but the hood does not.  From your picture I see that I'm also missig the little pieces that go on the ends of the fenders.  I'm wondering if I should purchase this piece now and look for the other ones later, or just wait until I can find all 3.  I think it would look funny without the fender pieces.

Yes, as I mentioned 3 pieces, one on the hood and one on each fender.
Well, your call on that. I had two sets that I parted with back in 2012 as I was collecting pieces for my 73. They do turn up from time to time but again, your call.
You might even try Bryan, he has lots of parts and may have this set.

It calls Belt molding. If got the doors and 1/4 "boomerangs", must have the fenders and hood

71/72 have those to and fit, but they won't match the shape of doors ones. 71/72 are diff shape than 73/74

Cars without the belt molding were simply not optioned that way, it's not a deletion. Check your tag.

Mine was fairly low optioned, but at least had the right ones, 440, buckets, and perf hood paint. No extra moldings, vinyl top, or even a sport mirror:
