340 mechanical roller lifters w/hydraulic roller cam

My intentions were to go full hydraulic roller cam, lifters and rocker arms and now that I finally got the lifters in the bores I am now questioning my original intentions.

Having said that, can I just swap mechanical roller lifters with solid pushrods for the hydraulic lifters or do I need to swap the cam also?
