Looking to upgrade the carb on my 68 - how big for a stock 318?

After much searching (and pining over my lost 69), I finally landed a nice 68 last week. :drool5:  It has a stock 318, including the standard 2 BBL carb.  I'm pondering the possibility of replacing the heads with 360 heads.  Now, I'll be looking to upgrade to a 4 barrel.  Not sure which brand will perform the best, and how big would be optimum.  This is just going to be a weekend cruiser; not looking to smoke the losers with the ugly bow ties on their grille.  Any suggestions?

If you are going to swap the heads, then i would pull the old ones 1st and see exactly what pistons are in it. From there, you can accuratly calculate the compression ratio and make the correct choice on the ideal cam and heads to fit your needs.
