1968 Dodge Charger wiring/hose retainer

I am nearing completion of the restoration of my '68 Dodge Charger.  As we assembled the grill, headlights, and hood latch, we fond a part that we cannot determine where it goes.  It was in the box with the other parts in grill/headlight area, so I assume it goes in that area.  It is black, not body color.  It is 2.75" X 1.375".  It has two screw holes.  It is stamped "G1554."  And it looks like it would hold a cable, wires or two headlight vacuum lines.  I will try to attach a picture.  Thanks for any help.

That is a console part. Goes on the front of the console plate that hooks onto the console shell.
