 there was a discovery program on tv years ago , about him  & 4 or 5 other guys all with different  weird stuff ,
that   guy who was known as tree man , was all set up to have the operations to remove some of the growths , but he never turned up , he & a few other guys in similar situations  , earn  money in a circus freak show  type thing .

Geez, I think I'd rather be normal and live in a cardboard box than earn a living looking like that. And it's not even so much about the looks as it is about not being able to use your hands.
