The below clip, was it mounted on all 727's to hold the trans cooling lines? On what bolt on the bellhousing is it supposed to go?

Yes you should have one on your car although mine's a different shape. The one I have is the SR190.

It's bolted to the bottom starter bolt. There's a C-clip holding both lines together more towards the front of the car as well. The C clip is FH9.
