Hello, I am getting water (when washing my car) and rain leaking inside the car.  Its coming from the hood vents and poring out inside the car through the drivers side fresh air vent onto my rubber floor mat.  What can I do to fix this issue?  I imagine the dash has to come out?

it may be the gasket a round the wiper arm post.

I agree.

I chased a leak years ago & didn't realize this was the culprit & sealed the windshield for no reason.

Here is a link where you can get the wiper gaskets....

I had this issue.  I replaced the driver's fresh air cowl vent gasket and the wiper seals/gaskets and problem solved.  I got the seals and gaskets from http://www.detroitmuscletechnologies.com/.  Pictures are here:

The next few posts after that one has more info about the gaskets and seals also.  You don't have to remove the dash frame to do this, but I had my dash empty when I did it and it made it tremendously easier not having the radio, panels, gauge cluster or glovebox in my way.
