If the original door sticker is still there, look at the month & year.

Actual build days were not recorded.

Did not some of the rules change starting in January 1970 and the tail lights had the extra reflector square in them ?

what day was its scheduled production day on the fender tag

169557 was Dec so my guess would be Dec  and it would not have reflectors in the tail lights.

dont have fender tag, door sticker or buildsheet. but it got reflective square in tail light. i read somewhere that all chargers built after 1/1/70 have them. so i guess the tail light is correct on this car.

-thanks

My '70 is 168642 and was built in Dec '69, interestingly, it has reflectors in the tail lights.

Mine is a Dec 1969 build with a slightly lower # than the OP. I have the reflectors in mine too.

Use a #67 or #97 bulb, they are smaller than the other two. Using a larger bulb like what you have will eventually distort your taillight lens.

If it ain't broke, fix it 'till it is.

Bulbs should be 1157's on outer 2 and 1095's on inner single if my memory is working right.  :Twocents:

Has anybody bought any #1095 bulbs lately?  :scope:(The inner bulbs, single element).
I think I heard #1095 are no longer made :ahum:. Have to look and see what I have in for the two inner most single element bulbs.
