Repro Bendix disc brake booster check valve and headlight doors.

While waiting for a reply from the dealer, I'm wondering what people do about the check valve that is supplied with the repro Bendix power brake boosters?  The one that came with mine says warranty void if removed, and it has only one nipple.  The valve on my car has two nipples with one larger for the vacuum supply from the intake, and another for the headlight door hose.  What do people normally do about this?

Originally there was only the large hose for the vacuum supply on the power booster.  The headlights get their vacuum supply from the intake manifold vacuum tree.....same tree where the booster gets its vacuum source from...

Interesting.  Mine's a Sep. '68 build, and it's connected to the booster, but there is a capped small tap off the intake fitting.
