Position of washers on UCA bushings?

I got my offset bushing installed on my upper control arms.  Moog units.  They came with the end washers that need to be pressed into place.  Question is which goes where?

Pic #1 shows the new bushings installed and the old bushing with the two new washers.

Pic #2 I'm going to take a stab at things and say the washers go on these ends respectively.  They are certainly larger than what I took off.

Am I right?
