It did get wet the first night, I cleaned it up.

Ed. B came through again this morning, he donated some Carlisle swag for me to deliver to her.  

It will be at least two weeks before a delivery is possible to her with her current medical schedule, so if anyone wants to mail her a card it can be sent to;

Jackie has been admitted to a larger, better equipped hospital. Jackie is on a feeding tube again & undergoing more tests.

Jackie did get to see the 'card' before being admitted, thanks to all who were able to sign it for her.

I'll update as I know more.

Sorry all.

No good news.

Jackie was in the hospital for a week. There does not seem to be anything they can do for her.

The last surgery at the other hospital, the surgeon removed a critical area of her intestines instead of trying to repair it.

She can not absorb nutrients like she should & she is in constant pain & dry heaving.

Unless a miracle happens, it sounds like her body will just starve itself to death.

It breaks my heart.

I just got off the phone with her again. Still has her "Jackie can kick-butt' attitude. Just gotta love her.

When she called with the news, I just did not know what to say.

Barry, thanks for keeping us updated on her condition. I feel so bad that she's in such pain, that's just terrible! I'm glad that she is trying to stay positive though, and not give up. If there is a miracle to be had, her great attitude will surely help make it happen.

That really sucks.....sorry to hear this. Missed her at Carlisle this year, first time in quite a while she wasn't there. Hoping for the best, she has a good attitude, which certainly helps. I'll keep her in my thoughts & prayers!

Jackie had been to all 24 previous Chryslers at Carlisle. This year is the only one she missed, she was just not physically able to go.
