Glad to hear she is doing better. That poor lady has been through a lot!

Too much. She has been through way too much.

When I heard she was headed to surgery, I feared the worst. She has been so fragile for so long.

She is a fighter though! I felt a lot better after the visit to the hospital the next day, she was weak but her fighting spirit was (and is) still strong.

I talked to her a couple evenings ago.

For the first time in the shows history, Jackie will not be able to attend. :-(

She is still in pain & having complications. She has another doctor visit this week, hopefully they can figure out what is wrong.

She is losing weight again which is not good at all.

I agree, I am saddened also.

She mentioned not wanting to post online because she has no good news to share. 

Is there a DC.com tent this year? If so I could get a card for everyone to sign for her & deliver it.

If there is not a DC.com tent, I could ask Don at the 1970 Charger Registry if he would host the card at their tent.

Barry..Yes. There is a DC.com tent. It is located in the red show field in the middle of the Chargers. A group get well card is a great idea

Sounds great on the tent. 

I came up with a plan overnight. Since Jackie can not come, we will bring Carlilse 2017 to her. I have a vinyl order in for some 'get well' graphics & Ed B. donated some of this years show stickers.

Once I get the graphics I'll lay this all out nice & have it at the tent for signatures.

If anyone wants to send a personal card or whatever, I can make sure she gets them too.

Hey guys,
I just called her again. She thought that the cruise idea was super sweet, but she just does not have the energy for a visit.

If a bunch of people show up, she will want to visit & she is just not up to it. She would love too of course.

She went in for another visit today. More weight loss. She can not keep food in, so she is undernourished, weak & still fighting pain.

The surgery she had was the first of its kind ever & apparently a failure.

She would love to see you guys though, so is there anyone here that could make a video she could watch?

I made a little stand for it & screwed it to some plywood temporarily. It is thin metal, so I wanted to prevent any possible damage.

I can make a hardwood plaque to mount it on permanently after the show.
