Wow you must have a better pc screen than me....I could barely tell if it was 68 or 69..let alone see the bumper guards!Lol

I cant tell if that is a 69/70/71 Chrysler or not. It does appear to have the same tail light and bumper configuration though. The car directly in front of the Charger is a 63 or 63 Chrysler.
There are few problems in life that cannot be solved with C-4.
