1969 Parking Light Hardware Question

Just finished restoring my front valance lights and wanted to round up all the needed hardware before I put them away in the parts room.  I have it all except for the top screw.  My car was in a valance related crash sometime in it's life and someone reinstalled the lights with the pictured tapered torx head screws.  Wondering if anyone can tell me the type/material/length of the proper screws?

Well, with no feedback I'm going to roll with a 3/4" #10 pan head screw and #10 U-nut.
