I managed to retrace the person who put up the ad in Toronto and Montreal.... He admitted the car was in the US, belonged to ''a friend'' who could not find pictures of his car, so he picked random pics on the web...
At first it looked like a scam, but since I managed to trace it back to a real person, it looks simply that he is listing the car from Ponderosa in Canada for him... But a car of this caliber deserves better than an ad on Kijiji (Canadian version of Craigslist) with generic pics...
Also, a week before the Hemi Bird ad appeared, the same seller was advertising an orange 440-6 Bird, also with random pics, and he said that one also belonged to his friend...
