I am in the process of installing my new wiring harness.  In doing so I removed the steering wheel to replace the 44 year old wiring.  I discovered a dry rotted upper steering column rubber bushing around the upper bearing in the process  Where might I find this?  What part number is the correct one (with the rubber outside cover) for this bearing?  A 1972 Dodge Charger SE is my car when looking up parts.

Thanks & GOD Bless,
Chad

Part number for the insulator is 2925491, been discontinued pretty near everywhere.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
