I can get local prescription but I don't think will be accepted in USA. Actually this med was available down here without any prescription ( maybe just 25-30% of meds here really needs prescription )

Generic one is fine ( no need to be Proscar ). This is the cheaper I have found on line, 90 tablets package is good too, that will last long one year for me.

The only person who can help you is somebody who has the authority to order a prescription medication, such as a physician (MD or DO), or a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. There are prescription medications which I feel should really be available without a doctors prescription. This is not one of them.

I have being taking this medicine since maybe 6 years ago, or more, in 5mg strength and cutting in 4 with success. But my last pills were in january, and that was because I allways bought 3 or 4 package of 30 pills, so everytime I bought it last long one year. But this medicine is unavailable down here since loooong time, maybe even a year due the medicines crisis ( all country crisis actually )

Finasteride doesn't need any prescription down here. Actually just 25% or less of medicines don't need prescription

As an alternative, can you get Saw Palmetto over there? It's not as potent as Finasteride but it's safe and better than nothing.
