Anyone going? Just getting the car ready - - cleaning up the engine bay - a little more detail. Repainted the MSD to HEMI orange.

April 20 I'll be in Las Vegas and not Las Legas lol. I'll be setting up in the swap area. The 20th is the Thursday pre show setup date for MATS.

Hopefully I can swing by and see that beauty.  :drool5:

Damn Grammar Police again? Why does everyone love to bash a guy for a few typos?  :smilielol:
Vegas? Not me. I made it for their first 2 shows and have not been back. I don't care for Drag racing that much and their swap meet wasn't that good. I make it a point to go to Van Nuys though....

I'll be there Friday and Saturday, will probably donate some parts that I have laying around to VegasCharger that he can sell.

That's quite gracious of you, have we met?  I don't recognize your DC.com handle as far as meeting in person.

Again thanks, I'm not much of a person who likes charity, I will give you something for your parts if I feel I can do something with them or within my budget.

I turn forty on April 23- I had forgotten about this show but now maybe I'll see if we can go!

Lennard

I'll be there. Stephens performance will haul my pre ordered AMD sheet metal to the strip for free for me to pick up. :2thumbs:

I think I will be going ? a few loose ends and it's possible for me to get away for a week or so.
I have a few Customer's going down to Race, they keep inviting me so I best go do some 'err..... "networking" (burp)
Seriously though,
I enjoy taking the Charger and cruising around, leg stretching after a long winter.... especially when there is still snow on the ground around here ?

I have never been, so I'm going alone, family can't take off a whole week, and my 7 year old is in school. So getting some alone time LOL :)

Yeah, it's only 950 miles each way. That's only about 250 miles longer than you could drive before needing a boat... ;)

I do, occasionally, drive mine as much as 450 miles to Carlisle but that's a big gamble with no support - especially considering crossing the mountains, weather, construction, and stupid drivers. A couple times on that trip it has been 95-97 degrees (35-36 C) with very high humidity and an old car with a big block, no A/C, and 45+ year old black vinyl interior sucks the life right out of you.

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.
