i was recently told my black rally strips where not the original color for my car. is there a way to tell (with out a build sheet) if my car had black or tri color side stripes?

Fender tag or buildsheet
V6X for black
V6R for red gradated
V6Y for "gold" gradated
V6K for "copper" gradated
