Saw this on Craigslist this morning. i thought I'd share.
Here is the add:

https://houston.craigslist.org/cto/6084658920.html
$17,500
"I always put my cars on craigslist for a week or two before I put on EBay. So, here's a 1970 GTX real 440 4 speed car that got hit back in the 80's so a 1969 charger was laying around apparently so that's what got welded quarters back. Awesome, this car will flip out the grumpiest of mopar enthusiasts. Last on the road in 1990. Could call it a barn find I guess, it's just a trip. Way cool custom
Interior from back in the day. Starts, runs, drives, stops. It's pretty solid. Minimal to no rust for a b body. Serious inquiries only please, no lowball offers. I do have a 1970 charger R/T front clip and doors which would totally transform this car to a charger clone, but that would be a significant adder to the car price as its all excellent condition stuff. Note, I will be removing the Dana 60 and replacing with an 8 3/4 sorry, need it for one of my 70 R/T projects. Clear open title. Thanks,"

Not sure what to do with that car.

I love this car, but something is up where the doors hit the quarters. Put a Janak Daytona wing on the back and Superbird nose on the front and we would all wet our pants trying to figure out what to hate more! If it was local I would offer him $7500 and do it.

Troy this is in your area of the country and it is already a 4-speed.  :smilielol:

so do we swap it to a charger front end, or do we put a plymouth rear back on it

I'd put 69 Charger doors and front clip on it and make a general lee out of it  :Twocents:

In 1970, all 440 4 barrel, 6 barrel and HEMI cars got that skid plate.

I don't like supertona. I prefer Daybird!

There is some logic to "SuperTona".

The front half is Plymouth- "Super",
The rear half is Dodge- "Tona".

After all, We are professionals here.  :icon_smile_big:

It takes a great man to make a custom job look like a factory effort.
This car was built by the other guy.

Now listed as a Dodge Charger on eBay (first listing was as a GTX). Owner taking full advantage of the custom nature of the car

I haven't thought of myself as grumpy....Maybe a bit quick to express my opinions. I am actually a hopeless optimist: I actually HOPE that people would do their best, not just do the bare minimum.
