Converted a 68 charger to disc brakes using the right stuff kit.
Which is the late model slider style mounts ( 1978ish )

The hoses they send with said kit will NOT work with a rear hung caliper. Which is the way they have to be hung due to sway bar interference.

What's my options on hoses for a rear hung caliper. They are the slider type calipers mounts.

For the conversion on my '71 using slider calipers, I bought brake hoses for a '73 Charger.

Just recently went through the same thing on my 68. Didn't know about Drdiff's. But ended up sourcing a steel braided set off a 69 Camaro on fleabay for about 45 bucks with bolts and washers included.

Aren't hoses supposed to cross the centerline of the steering axis, like if they are front hung, they attach in the back, and if in the back, they attach in the front.  That way, they do more of a bending motion instead of an accordion motion, if that makes sense.

I don't know how you would accomplish this with rear hung calipers unless you rerouted the hard lines that the flexible lines connect to more towards the front of the car. Another option would be to eliminate the sway bar and put them in the front or change to a 70 style front end and then move them to the front, neither of which is very desirable in my opinion.

You would have to route the hard line to the front.  I believe I got this from Eberg's Disc-O-Tech, or one of his tech replies in Mopar Action.

Changing the front suspension over to 1970 style is not an option on this car.

I may consider this route.
BUT ,,,,,Ive found that 1973 Camaro hoses are the same length as the stainless hoses and will work and leave the rear hung calipers with the rear mounted brake lines attachment at the frame rail . ( Used them before on a similar build project )  So odds are I will probably go that route
