Pretty good amount of work. The  frame rail has to be hacked pretty good to fit the front hanger. The rear shackle will need attention as there will not be enough room for the shackle to pivot, if you mount it at the same height at the frame rail. I installed sliders to solve this issue.

For a 3". For a 1" you simply replace the front hanger, rear shackle, and move the spring mount pads.

That's why I asked which one he wants.
