Really depends on how much and how long it was in there.

If it was completely submerged for any extended period of time,,,,then  its in the torque convertor which you cant just drain out.

Actually, over the last 17 years, I've focused on the driveline and suspension/steering. I haven't done any body work or interior work yet, fortunately, as He was completely submerged.
