Seatbelts question..

Hi guys!

Im planing to take my -68 to the racetrack this summer. According to the rules i need to have at least 3-point seatbelts installed.
I was thinking of useing the bolts for the backseat-belts for the shoulder harnest.

So my questions is: Does anyone know where i can order seatbelts like this? Y-shaped..
Since i live in norway the ideal shop would be a webshop with short deliverytimes..

Have you tried summit racing or Jeggs for those belts?

My '68 has shoulder belts that store up and away when not in use.  If used, doesn't this make a 3-point belt?

  Speaking of the '68 shoulder belts, . . .  I really want to have the shoulder belts put into my '68, it doesn't have them,  anyone know where I can get some?  For that matter, my lap belts are in bad shape, the roll up spring thing doesn't work right, I need em in blue or black, black would be better.
