Hi Guys

After 6 months of the Charger being off the road, its now up and running again with the original motor
fully rebuilt with a few performance goodies. It would have been cheaper to buy a crate motor but
its a numbers matching car so we rebuilt the original engine and transmission at the same time.

After the build we had it on a Dyno at 478 bhp // 511 lbft - its made one hell of a difference for sure

Here is the spec

Thanks  :)

Whats made it difficult is Im based in the UK - England so parts arent on tap. Most stuff we
have to order from the USA and it can take a few weeks to get delivered.

The car is being featured in Classic American magazine next month - its an A33 code car
numbers matching. I purchased it from Sweden of all places  :shruggy: i actually drove over
with my pick up and trailered it home ( 2500 mile journey ) but it was worth it. After a bit of
research Ive traced the 2 previous owners from the USA and have been in contact with them
both  :)

I here ya...I'm in Sussex.....mine came from Holland....but I had it delivered....was cheaper than getting it myself!! Took three months to get my blower delivered from the US. What I don't understand is that, as much as I love the US and its a developed nation, they have  a third world postal service....very slow and very expensive. We can send stuff the other way for half the price and in half the time.....very strange in a country where things generally happen faster and are much cheaper?????

Cant wait for mine to be finished....I recon I'm 18-24 months away...I don't get much time off work.

Some stuff comes pretty quickly ( summit racing ) but its the difficult to find parts and getting sellers to
part with them that takes time.

Where abouts in Holland did you get your Charger from - it wasnt PTTM was it ?  :(

Are they the lot always selling near wrecks on eBay for way too much cash?..no....mine was a private sale...the usual "unfinished project" story...it was only a 318 but since I have biggish plans for the motor that was fine. The body was fairly rust free and that was important to me.

No - PTTM are the biggest bunch of crooks you will ever meet.

They have a trail of unhappy customers all over Europe

I left a 10% deposit on a Charger they had for sale back in 2015 ( pending inspection ) when i got
there it was the roughest Charger Ive ever seen. A $500 paint job and leaking oil on the showroom floor.

For £32000 ( $45000 ) at the time it was a lot of money for a 383 4BBL car. I asked for my deposit back
and they refused. I refused to leave the showroom till i got my deposit back so they
called the dutch Police and i was escorted off the premises. Im speaking to a legal company
in Holland at present about the case - might take a while to get my ££££ back but Im not letting it go.

I actually had it printed on Canvas - it was done by the photographer
of Classic American magazine for the feature they are doing on the car
