Just guessing...

70 head rest , built in to the seat ( part of the seat, high back buckets?)
69 head rest , separate unit, sliding in to the top of the seat.

I'm not saying I'm right and you're wrong.  I'm just saying that I've only seen high back bucket seats in '70 Chargers.

The ad doesn't mention Charger headrests or bucket seat head rests. Could be other b-body or bench seat head rests.

70 bench seats had headrests. I think the posts are longer.

Bench & bucket head rests differ in the length of the posts.  Bench seat headrests had 2 different length posts while bucket seat ones had equal length posts.

TI believe bench can be used in bucket seats by cutting down the  longer post & re notching it to match the shorter one...
