Wrecked 69 on CL

This charger has been on CL for months. I have $15,000 saved up to spend on a charger but I feel like that would be a low offer. I think $20,000 is closer to what it is worth. This is pretty close to what I'm looking for. Original a/c car with all the a/c stuff still on it, big block, and rust free. Minus the front end damage it looks like a pretty good car. I know it's been painted a different color but it's still somewhat original. (Not all hacked up)

Am I thinking right or is $20,000 too much/too little?   
I need some opinions here. Thanks!

They are sure in heck not going to get $32k for it!! $15k sounds right to me.

At least $8k to fix and it isn't a $40k car finished. I think the guy priced out 69 Charger grilles and then listed it for sale.

The add says no damage to frame.... but who knows. It's not a very descriptive add.

Either that, or he's a well informed seasoned craigslist seller, anticipating the fact that a typical craigslist buyer's first standard operating procedure is to offer half the asking price.

Front end repair becomes a repaint, repaint finds additional bondo and rust, becomes a teardown, aaaaaannnnndd suddenly you've put another $30k in to it.

If you like the color combination, and the owner is accepting offers go ahead and make your offer. But considering everything I think $15K is too high.

Looks like they sprayed dyed the interior, look at what used to be the chrome band around the headrest.

That car will need lots of parts and lots of work to bring it back to its former glory. I'm seeing 10 to 15k at least for parts and work.

Realistically that car is way over priced as it sets.

oh boy you know that did happen to someone that owned at 70 charger!!!  the the GYC car.....
