Dog Dish Steel rims

is there any place that makes steel rims in 17"? i remember years ago about some place that moves your wheel center onto a new larger rim but cant find it anymore.

i really want steel wheel and dog dish caps in 17 for my car. 15,14 doesnt look right.

17's are available in several finishes and widths, not sure about hubcap fitment.

With these larger than stock wheel diameters, it's difficult to picture what they look like, or find pics of that actual size.  The web sites just show one wheel size for all the sizes they carry.

Wheel Vintiques has 17 inch wheel that would fit, but the caps wont.
