68 Charger Auto. While my motor is out, I want to weld in the Z-Bar Bracket on the frame for a future 4-sp conv. 
The bracket has a tab that I'm told fits into the frame for proper placement. My frame rail doesn't have a slot for the tab :brickwall:.

Any Advice???

Should I grind the tab off?? I can't tell if the bracket is sitting flat.

Yes, I think so. I believe it's a universal bracket.
