Hello, I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 with 92,000 miles. It has the six speed manual transmission(NV 5600)and the 5.9 HO engine, with the Air Dog 2 Lift pump, AFE cold air intake, with upraded Torquetube and AFE Blade intake elbow. It has a 4 inch stainless steel exhaust with no cat,or muffler, just straight exhaust pipe. I also have the Smarty tuner, This is how I bought the truck, it is a duel rear wheel,4X4, club cab,8ft bed with tow package(LSD) and 4.10 gears. I plan on a few small bolt on upgrades and to work/tow with the truck, no sled pulling or drag racing. I need a new clutch and was looking for advice. I think I kinda need a street duel disc set up, Valair($950) or South Bend ($1150). What do you think? Could I get away with a single disc? the price is a big jump between the two,but with towing and my current HP I may need the DD. I think I will also order up a AFE turbo waste gate actuator, and the banjo fitting upgrade, with the brass turbo 90 degree fitting, and short throw shifter, and NV 5600 trans fluid coolers with sight glass, at the same time.
So what would be my best choice in clutch kits? Also is there any other small mods I should order up while I am placing this order?
Thanks for any suggestions/advice.

Don't know if this helps but just had a ceramic button clutch, new hyd. throw out bearing put in my 2000 V-10 one ton dump. Was about 350.00-400.00 for the set up. Got it at Ft. Wayne clutch in Ft. Wayne, Ind. that is what they said I needed for my stock motor, been around for a long time.

I think my "Issue" is that I am close to top of the HP rating of a single disc, and I plan on doing some HD towing.  I may also add a few more things to my engine.
I may be wrong, that's why I am asking
Stock a V-10 is like 310HP and 450 torque. A 5.9HO is 245HP an 510 torque, stock. My tuner alone claims it can add up to 230 hp. And I think with out any tuner I am running a solid 25-40 HP over stock so if I am at 270 or 275, add the tuner and I may be at 500hp,if I run the top setting.
If I can get away with a single disc great, but I do not want any issues, with the truck.
I also thought the ceramic buttons were not recommended for towing use.
But I could give your guys a ring and see what they say I should use in my truck, couldn't hurt.

Well my truck came with a South Bend duel disc set up with the South Bend HD hydraulic upgrade kit, turns out the hydro cylinder just needed to be adjusted. So lucky me,the truck already has a brand new $1200 clutch and $350 hydraulic kit,so it should hold for 550-600HP.
So I just bought some coolers for the NV5600, a Hurst shift kit,and a new HD front diff cover for extra oil capacity, also a turbo upgrade. I already have the rear diff cover that holds an extra 2 qts. And the trans coolers hold an extra 2 quarts. So I should be good to go for a while.
I would love to get my MPG up over 22-23 as I see many people claim to be getting.
