Is this aftermarket cruise in this 69 Charger

This 69 Charger has cruise control in it. I've never seen one before and the arming mechanism looks aftermarket. Does anyone know if this is dealer add-on or aftermerket all together? If I remember right, it says Dana Corp on it.

if it was a dealer "add-on" with Chrysler parts it would look like the factory installed pieces

 Completely aftermarket cruise kit. It was a popular add on back then. Perfect Circle was one of the brand names Dana owned/sold parts under.
