The brake pedal was locked up on the 1969 charger I bought so I ordered up a new Cardone master cylinder/brake booster combo from Carquest. The 69 charger is originally a 383-2bbl car with drums all the way around and power assist. The new MC/booster arrived and is nothing like the original. The mounting stud pattern/spacing was all wrong so I thought I just got the wrong part. I ordered another and it was the same way. I cross checked Carquest by going on rockauto and they are calling for the same Cardone part number so it's not just Carquest. Any pointers?

Here's the tag that was on the booster I removed.

That's not a "B" body booster, maybe a "E" body.

What's the part number you order?

Are you planning on disc brakes in the future? That would be a different booster.
