I suppose the best time to ask would have been before I traded my Porsche in on this and not after. Picking it up on Friday, just wondering if anyone has seen it in person?

Thanks!

Hey guys....we are in the presence of a former Porsche snob!  :hah:
Welcome to the real world, pal! Now you'll know if the women like you for YOU or the car !

VegasCharger

Never seen multi colored seat belts on the same car like this one has on the rear seats.

Nice 68 BTW.

Hmmmm.....nice colour.....I thnk???! Jewish Racing Gold??
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you !!

lukedukem

Are the sun visors suppose to be that dark color?

Why are there black seat belts in the back?

Is it matching numbers?

I like it, nice color combo. Could use some different wheels, but that's just me.

Holy crap I did a redo and realized that this 68 has speed control. Very cool.  :coolgleamA:

Mytur Binsdirti

It really shows that somebody put some time, effort & money into that car.

INTMD8

Thanks for the input guys. It looked to me that someone put some care into the restoration, hopefully it looks as good in person.

Not sure why it has the extra belts in back, very odd.

Kern Dog, don't you know by now most women don't care about cars?  :D

I'd give my left nut for those parts.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

71_Charger_R/T

VERY nicely done car!  Congratulations! It looks very nice the way it is but I like the factory mags (Magnums) in the two vintage pictures even better. I wonder which are original to it? I didn't look close at the build sheet posted, maybe it can be seen there.....

6bblgt

yes, it has rear shoulder belts - only available in black
single driver's side only headrest is another oddity

wheel covers on it originally - Road Wheels in the vintage picture are of the '69+ variety w/trim rings

6bblgt

looks like a very detail oriented restoration, but a May '68 Charger with the additional c-pillar "arrows"?  :shruggy:

6bblgt

it was at Carlisle a few years ago  :coolgleamA:

Curious what the Porsche trade was?

INTMD8

Thanks guys!

6bblgt, awesome, great pics!  How did it look in person? (if you remember)

Porsche trade was a 1995 Carrera 2. (911/993)
